Volunteering With The
Port Angeles Disabled American Veterans

Why Volunteer With The DAV?

Thousands of men and women who once defended our country and, today, bear the scars of war on their bodies, minds and souls, face real needs that government programs can't meet. Volunteers from the Disabled American Veterans and its Auxillary joined by growing numbers of proud Americans are volunteering to meet those needs every day.

Many Americans, just like you, are seeking a way to express their patriotic appreciation to our disabled veterans. Volunteering your time and love is a great way to show veterans how much you care, and the DAV and its Auxillary has plenty of volunteer opportunities to get you started.

What Volunteer Opportunities Are There?

At the present time we have opportunities for:

  • Office volunteers
  • Transportation drivers
  • Fundraisers
  • Newsletter
  • Service Officers
  • Website maintenance
  • And people to help with the every day activities of the DAV.

How Do I Become A Volunteer?

Contact your Port Angeles DAV at (360) 417-2630 and let's talk about where you think you might fit in!

Thank you!
