Call the transportation office and schedule a ride before the day of your appointment (the van gets booked up quickly so schedule well in advance). If you aren't coming back the same day, let the transportation person know what day you will be coming back when you schedule the trip.

Q:
Do I have to schedule the van ahead of time?
A:
Yes!
Due to insurance regulations and other considerations, you must schedule your ride before the day of your appointment! No exceptions!
If the van is full for that day, either reschedule your appointment, or ask to be put on the waiting list.
